missingWrote a review on Sept 30comfortable beddecent breakfastmaintenance issue
The bed in the King Room provided decent comfort, which made it manageable for a night's stay. The breakfast spread included hot items like eggs and sausage, ensuring I didn't leave on an empty stomach, even if the coffee cups felt on the smaller side.
Unfortunately, the hotel missed the mark in some areas. There was a strange chemical smell in the room, possibly from the carpet, which lingered uncomfortably. Additionally, the Direct TV was unreliable, often freezing right in the middle of a show. On top of that, the wheelchair ramp leading to the breakfast area was in rough shape, having a large sunken part that could easily trip someone up. It's concerning that this has not been properly fixed yet.

Terry saved the day!
Had a rough start when our car got broken into. The manager was super unhelpful. Terry at the front desk was fantastic though, really friendly and tried to help us as much as she could. The breakfast was pretty solid too. Rooms are comfy but could use some fixing up, especially the lighting.

The Comfort Inn in Rutland offered a nice stay with several highlights. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space to relax. The air conditioning functioned well, which was a relief during warmer days. I appreciated the range of options at breakfast, including fresh fruit and yogurt, making it a great start to my morning. However, a few issues stood out. The bathroom felt quite cramped and could use some updating. I also encountered problems with the elevator during my stay, which made accessing the upper floors inconvenient.

I booked a stay at Comfort Inn looking for a convenient spot for a ski trip. The location is close to the slopes, which I appreciated. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, making check-in smooth. My room had a good amount of space, with a comfortable bed that made for restful nights. However, the bathroom needed some updates and felt quite cramped. I noticed an odd smell in the hallways that lingered, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast had a great spread, with plenty of options to choose from, but I wish there were some healthier choices. The indoor pool is a nice touch, but it could use better maintenance. Some areas showed signs of aging, like peeling paint in the pool area. Soundproofing between rooms wasn’t great. I could hear neighbors at times, which interrupted my quiet moments. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the hotel needs some upgrades to improve the experience.

The Queen Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for the couple visiting. Breakfast offered a nice variety, from savory to sweet options, making mornings enjoyable. However, the pool's location was awkward, as it’s positioned right by the lobby entrance, which led to some discomfort while swimming. Additionally, the window in the room didn't seal well, letting in traffic noise that could be distracting at times.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the helpful housekeeping staff who made my stay comfy. It was nice to relax in both the pool and the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was the odd arrangement of the pool area where you could be seen from the lobby, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊
