Terry saved the day!

Had a rough start when our car got broken into. The manager was super unhelpful. Terry at the front desk was fantastic though, really friendly and tried to help us as much as she could. The breakfast was pretty solid too. Rooms are comfy but could use some fixing up, especially the lighting.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere with clean, well-maintained rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided a relaxing experience after a day filled with activities. The breakfast had plenty of choices to start the day right.

Elevators could use more maintenance for comfort.

Unfortunately, the hotel missed the mark in some areas. There was a strange chemical smell in the room, possibly from the carpet, which lingered uncomfortably. Additionally, the Direct TV was unreliable, often freezing right in the middle of a show. On top of that, the wheelchair ramp leading to the breakfast area was in rough shape, having a large sunken part that could easily trip someone up. It's concerning that this has not been properly fixed yet.

I really appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the helpful housekeeping staff who made my stay comfy. It was nice to relax in both the pool and the hot tub after a long day. The only downside was the odd arrangement of the pool area where you could be seen from the lobby, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

The Queen Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for the couple visiting. Breakfast offered a nice variety, from savory to sweet options, making mornings enjoyable. However, the pool's location was awkward, as it’s positioned right by the lobby entrance, which led to some discomfort while swimming. Additionally, the window in the room didn't seal well, letting in traffic noise that could be distracting at times.

I stayed here for a weekend while skiing, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and had everything i needed, including a good coffee maker and plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options
